Can I use the kit made for Intel and change the waterblock to am4 later?

I currently have the touchaqua sedna 011D Front panel and kit for Intel.

I’m thinking about upgrading internals and would like to switch over to AM4. Will I be able to keep the entire kit the same and just change out the Intel waterblock for an AM4 block, or must I also have to change the tubing as well?

What model of the kit you have? Is it the Titan One series?
Which motherboard are you going to use?
If the motherboard is in the compatible list of Titan one, you can use the same kit and just change out the intel water block for AM4 block. If not, you maybe have to change the tubing as well.
