I requested an order cancellation for #2021060184 a couple of weeks ago in https://www.bitspower.com/support/1981/cancelling-order-%232021060184, and haven't gotten a refund yet. The tracking number still shows it hasn't made any progress, so it doesn't seem to have been shipped either. When should I expect a refund?
