Possible leak in my distroplate due to improper liquid coolant?

Hello, I had recently bought a custom pc from cyberpower and they used your bitspower liquid cooling unit, and they allowed me to use the thermaltake coolant in my system

I don’t know if my liquid is leaking but the reserved amount keeps decreasing everyday after use and it looks like it’s Boiling away in my system and leaving behind condensation in my pc. I don’t know what the problem is but maybe you guys might

Would you send the receipt of this product to follows email address?
Please give us some photos to show the problem too.
It maybe not leaking, if it is, you would find the coolant outside the loop.
