I am unable to pay for my order through the payment page why is that?

I have an existing order on my account however when I try to pay with my Mastercard it is not authorized by you guys. I already contacted my bank and they said it may be something on Bitspower's end that is stopping me from paying for my order. Is there anything that can be done so I can pay and receive my water cooling parts?

Thank you for your response. We accept Mastercard. The currency of the order is New Taiwan Dollars. Are there any limitations to your credit card? The failure reason is that there is no auth code.
