Forgot to apply coupon code on shipping

Question

I forgot to apply the "freeship" coupon code for my recent order.  The order ID #2021080068.  Is it too late to apply?

Also, I noticed that the "freeship" coupon code is only available from August 13-31. I know August 13 has not arrived yet, but can the coupon code be applied anyway?

If the answer to both questions is no, can I go ahead and cancel the order?

The limitation of the "freeship" coupon is that the amount of the order has to be over TWD10000. And it starts from August 13th to 31st. You can make another order on the 13th of August and use the coupon. So will you cancel order #2021080068？
