Can the Premium Cuboid Reservoir 150 be mounted horizontally?

I would like to mount the Premium Cuboid Reservoir 150 at the base of my case. Will the operate and function normally from a horizontal position (ie laid down in this side)?

Yes, it can be mounted horizontally. But please make sure that the water inside the tank is over the hole into the pump.
