Does the BP-TEKIT-3090EVFTW come with all the necessary thermal pads?

I would like to know if the BP-TEKIT-3090EVFTW extensions kit for a RTX 3080/3090 FTW comes with the correct thermal pads. When I look at the installation guide it mentions needing thermal pads but I don't see it in the included parts list.

The BP-TEKIT-3090EVFTW extensions kit for a RTX 3080/3090 FTW comes with the correct thermal pads. And the thermal pads have been installed on the water block. So it doesn't in the parts list.
