Putting together a new build, everything it going smoothly except for one spot. Have a bulkhead passthrough fitting with a rotary 45 degree fitting attached. I have tried all 4 of the 45 degree rotary fittings I have an every one of them leaks when tested with air.

Air leak is right where the rotary portion of the fitting is. What can I do about this?

Dear Customer.

Please send the receipt and photo of the rotary 45-degree fitting to the following address, thank you. How many bars did you test with the air leak tester? How long did you keep the air pressure?

It sounds frustrating dealing with those leaks. Make sure to check the O-rings and ensure they're properly seated and not damaged. You might also want to use some thread sealant on the fittings for extra protection.
