Grey haze on distro plate - bacteria?

I have a Titan X AMD 1.2. I used distilled water to fill the cooling loop. After two weeks of operation at high temps, there is a bit of haze on the reservoir.

Is this bacteria build-up or just grime? If it's bacteria build-up, what do you recommend doing? And what product should I use?

Would you send some photos of the haze on the reservoir to follows email address?
What's the temperature of your loop?

If it is bacteria build-up, we advise you to make your loop as cooler as you can.
Also please reduce the light time. It helps to avoid the bacteria build-up.
