“freeship coupon code not working, possible to manually honor free shipping on order?

I’m trying to place an order today (August 31, 2021) that is over TWD 10,000. When i try to enter the coupon code “freeship”, the website says that the code is invalid. Is it possible to manually get this code to be honored?
