Titan X AMD 1.2 - water pump fan struggling to spin

I recently purchased a Titan X AMD 1.2 Water Cooling Barebones, and set it up the other day as instructed. Yesterday, the computer shut off due to overheating, and I check to see that the radiator fan is starting and stopping every 5 seconds or so, but hardly moving or pumping water. I tried connecting the water pump to a different header on the motherboard (asus x570-e rog strix gaming), moving it from W_PUMP+ to CPU_FANS and AIO_PUMP, but I've been having same issue. Also, the pump has been showing up in BIOS before, and now it shows up as N/A, so I couldn't do anything in terms of controlling fan speed. I tried rotating the case to see if I could dislodge any air bubbles and that didn't help, only introduced large air bubbles into the system. I drained out the water, filled it back, and powered on the PC, and the radiator fan wasn't able to pump it to the pipes. Is it broken?

Sorry to hear that. Would you please send us a video to show the problem? Please show us how did you connect the pump to the motherboard. Did you ever try to connect the pump directly to the power supply? If that, the pump will run at full speed.

I have the same problem. The pump is struggling and the water is not flowing at all. Did you find out the fix?

After lily suggested to "connect the pump directly to the power supply" which caused it to spark and almost catch on fire. Since I could no longer return it, I threw the now defunct water pump away, and bought an AIO water cooler from a more reputable company. I'd suggest you save yourself the trouble and do the same if possible.
