White particles in Titan X 1.2 AMD

I bough a Titan X 1.2 AMD system in microcenter US recently and accomplished the build with additional GPU water cooling. I have an issue:

I only used deionized water to wash and fill the system after the assembly. After 3 days of using, there're white particles in the system, some are floating on the water surface and some became sediments and I can clearly see them in the distro plate.

So I drained the water which became white, wash and refilled again with deionized water, but 3 days later, again, these particles are still accumlating. Thus, I'm wondering what these particles are, and why they exist in the system.

Could you help me with that? I've only used PETG tubing and deionized water for the build.

Dear Customer,

Would you send the receipt of the Titan X 1.2 AMD and the photo of your system to follows email address? What's your GPU card and water block? What's the temperature of the water? And please send us the photo to show the white particles too, thank you. Maybe you need to change the deionized water to distilled water.
