K1M Pump operating at low speed

Question

Hi! My K1M Pump in a touchaqua Sedna Lite F Distro is running no more/less between 120-130 l/h. According to your site, it should run at max 450 l/h (7.7 lpm). Is my pump defective? I have followed all instructions as to where to plug in the mobo. My spec as follow: ASUS Strix Z490 E, EVAG RTX 3080 Hydro Copper FTW3, I also added another 360 rad, SF Leviathan in the loop.

Did you connect the K1M pump to the power supply by a transfer cable?
Would you send us the photo to show about it?
Also please send us the receipt and the photo of your whole water cooling system.

Did you ever get it working I just bought one and the pump slow down so low my CPU is overheating.
