BP-VTS-PCIE4 Not Available to Download and Not in Box

Hello,

I purchased a BP-VTS-PCIE4 only to discover there is NO manual in the box.  So, I went to your website and every link for the BP-VTS-PCIE4 downloads a PDF that is corrupted.  No really sure how not even placing ANY note or documentation in the box could really have saved that much in cost to manufacturer while adding to the expense of customer frustration to have to go on an easter egg hunt just to look up the right way to install your product.

Please advise.
