Pump not working on BPTA-WDPO11DE-PWM

Hello I purchased the BPTA-WDPO11DE-PWM and the pump doesn't seem to be working. I have connected only the 4 pin connecoter to the pump header on the motherboard is there something else that I am missing? Is there anything else that needs to be connected to get the pump moving?
