About the shipping.

Hello. Im Michael Schotter from germany.

I want to buy the  Bitspower MonoBlock X370C6E Nickel-ROG Certificated.

Is it possible to ship the product to Germany? Can the VAT incurred at customs be paid at the shipping point so that I don't have to pick it up at the customs office?

We can ship to Germany by FedEx Priority. The VAT depends on the customs house so we do know how much it is. But as we know, FedEx Priority is door to door. So they will contact you and after you pay the customs fee, they will send the package to your house.
