Bitspower Touchaqua Notos Extra Connector?

Hi, I noticed that there's two connectors on the bitspower touchaqua notos fans. They have a male connector for RGB and a female connector for RGB and a fan power connector. Why is there both a male and female?

Yes, our fan has both a male and female for RGB.
And then you can connect two fans' RGB together.
