Replacement x-tend backplate

Order #2022010046. The x-tend backplate for asus rog strix rtx 3090 was leaking. How do i go about filing for a replacement or a return? Thank you

Sorry to hear that. Would you show us the photos of the leaking place?
The X-tend backplate has to be installed with the Strix RTX 3090 water block.
Maybe something wrong with your installation steps.
