Little black screws for D5 pump mod

I miss placed the little black screws to mount the DDC reservoir adapter to the D5 mod top.Do you know how I can obtain these?

Sorry that the DDC reservoir adapter is not compatible with the D5 mod top.
Would you send us the model or pictures of the DDC reservoir adapter and the D5 mod top? And which screws do you need? Thank you.
