I ordered VGA BLOCK for merc 319 6900xt. When I installed the block, one screw was out but was hard to tighten. I did not tight it all the way. Unfortunately i say crack in the acrylic because of it. I have photos.

During installation of my merc 319 6900xt waterblock, one screw did not go all the way in. It was hard to tighten. I stopped and checked the acrylic and found crack developing because of it. Am I eligible to get the another acrylic? The screw is still way out and very visible.
