My aura sync application won't detect my notos 120 pwm fans.

Question

I'm using the aura sync application to try to operate all of my rgb parts in my pc because all of them are compatible with aura sync. My motherboard and my graphics card are asus parts and are detected but it won't detect my fans.

Did you connect the RGB strip of the fan directly to your motherboard?
Would you send us the receipt for the fans? Also please send us the photo to show the problem, thank you. We will check and reply to you.
