I work with video, and many many of us doing strems use decklink capture card form blackmagic. They have very loud fan, and I see someone make water cooling for the pcie card.
I need this, many of us needs this as fans are to loud.
Please look this picture, do you think you can inform me what block these are?

The guy doing this build answered before but now we dont get contact.
He said to me before that "It's based on a Bitspower GPU distoblock" but I dont know anymore then this.
