Rust at the seals - please advise

Hi, Installed the waterblock in Jan 2022 and there were small leaks in some areas which did not seem to affect much so carried on to use.. After few weeks of running, rust seem to start to form along all the seals.

Please advise if there is a need to do anything about it.
