22mm thick extender fittings?

Hi. Do you have 22m thick extender fittings that would match the following fitting:

Most of your extender fittings seem to be 18mm. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry that we do not have 22mm thick extender. Or do you like follows series?
It is 20mm thick.
