Is the bp-vg3090fe active backplate compatible with the bp-vg3090fe GPU Waterblock

Neither product page say they are compatible with one another.  I can't find a single review online anywhere, a simple youtube video of both products would encourage me more in buying this product but none exist.  It seems like I might have to go to EKWB instead.

The active backplate BP-EVB3090FE is designed for BP-VG3090FE-V2 water block.
