Hi, I lately purchase TITAN X AMD 2.0 PC-011D.

I have question about the how much PC liquid coolant do I need? 

I try to search but couldn't fine the information.

I want to make sure how many ml should I buy?

You may need 500ml PC liquid coolant for TITAN X AMD 2.0 PC-011D.
If you want to add a VGA water block, it is better to buy 2 bottles of 500ml coolant.
