Mounting Pressure/Screw Torque on X570 Taichi?

Hi! I recently purchased and installed the bitspower monoblock for the ASRock X570 Taichi board, but when I installed it, I wasn't sure how tight to tighten the mounting screws on. The VRM temps are pretty low and the CPU doesn't seem to have any temp issues, but I was just curious if there's a torque spec on the mounting screws.

There is no torque spec on the mounting screws.
Just please according the installation guide to install the screws, thank you.

Hi, did you use those thin washers for the screws?

My VRMs are at 59 - 62 Celsius.

CPU: 5800X3D: 45 Idle -  82 Load

I didn´t use the thermal pad for the cpu. I used thermalpaste. Could that be a problem?
