Hercules Pump RPM

Question

I recently purchased a Sedna 011D-N distrobution plate with the Hercules pump. My question is, what is the minimum pump rpm supposed to be? I cannot get the pump to operate below 2400 rpm. Is this normal, or is my pump defective?

Dear DC,

There is no minimum pump rpm limitation for this pump.
When you connect the pump to any fan slot of your motherboard,
You can change the RPM by the PWM function.
Did you try another fan slot?
Would you send us the receipt?
And the bios picture or video to show the RPM data?
