Part # for replacement reservoir

Question

I have an OEM PC (CyberPower) with a cracked water reservoir.

I'm told the product used in this system build is:

CP HYDROFLUXE HARD TUBE (CRYSTAL)+ 6X FITTING KIT OD16MM

Please tell me how to order a replacement reservoir.  I can send a pic of the cracked reservoir if desired.
