How thick are the thermal pads in this product? And ”how much” thermal pads in one dimm?

Dear Mika,

The thickness of the thermal pad in the BP-RAMS44-D5 is 1mm.
You need 8 pcs of 125x10x1MM thermal pads.  
Or you can buy the following one and cut the correct size.
