Are Intel 1700 CPU mounting screws available separately?

I got the Titan One Mini 2.0 and was trying to put the Waterblock with the Intel LGA1700 mounting kit. The first time was find, but the Waterblock had a leak due to a poorly installed o-ring from box. On the second try to install, the thumb screws are not gripping the thread of the CPU screws and the spring is pushing the thumbscrews off as the threads on the screws are stripped. Are the screws able to be replaced separately from the entire kit?
