Will the 4090 MSI Supreme water block look like the 4090 FE water blocks?

Like would they be of the same style. I'm wondering if the intake/outtake on the water block will be on the side opposite of where the GPU plugs in (pcie connector) or whether they will be located on the adjacent side like it shows on the 4090 FE water block.

I want it to fit my case and the case width seems to be a problem. And it looks like one like the FE water block would fit because of where the intake/outtakes are located.
