the intel 1700 support bracket for Bitspower Touchaqua Titan One

i purchased the titan one o11D series chassis for amd&intel at micro center on 5/16/2022. now i need to install i7 12700k on it, but i can't find the 1700 surport bracket on the package. can you help me with that? thanks

As we know, the 1700 support was not included in the early kits.
Would you send us the receipt for this kit? And the serial number on the box?
