Water pump no longer turns on

Hello,

I purchased the Titan One Mini 2.0 case kit back in August 2022 and the water pump no longer turns on. It has been working fine until recently. I change the water every 3 months and only used distilled water.

I appreciate any help you can provide! Thank you!

Sorry to hear that. Would you send us the receipt for this kit?
And the photos or video to show the whole system?
Did you connect the pump directly to your PSU?
