Why do my fans & lights work if plugged into the motherboard directly, but not when I run them through the fan and drbg hubs first (BPTA NOTOS 120, BPTA-FX181NT-3)?

The fans work fine if I plug them into the motherboard directly, but when I plug them into the hub, and then the hub into the motherboard (sys_fan 2 on "gigabyte B760m gaming x ax ddr4" motherboard).  The same is true for the lights.  If I plug them into the DRBG slot directly, they work, but if I run them through the hub, they do not work.  How can I get the hubs to work?  I have covered the unused connectors to prevent short circuits.  I have NOT plugged them directly into the PSU.

Dear Customer,

It seems that the DRGB controller is not compatible with your motherboard.
If you want o use the hubs with the lights, you can connect the hubs to PSU and not connect to the motherboard. And then you can control the light with the controller.
