Is TITAN ONE 3.0 just 2.0 with power supply?

The TITAN ONE 3.0 looks great. But is it the next version of TITAN ONE 2.0 with the addition of a power supply? Or does the 3.0 simply mean exactly the same TITAN ONE 2.0, the only difference being a power supply?
