What is the process for getting a new CPU waterblock if my won't seal?

I purchased the Titan one and when installing the CPU water block I am unable to get a propper seal.  I tried a different fitting and it still won't seal.  I tested it with the psi tester also from bitspower, at it is leaking air.  I have yet to put liquid into the system and can't move forward.  Since this came with the case, I can't just take it back to the store and now my build is at a hard stop.  Please let me know how to proceed and if you can send a replacement CPU waterblock ASAP.
