I installed the Hercules pump into the Titan One 2.0 distro plate and I'm getting cracks around the screw threads. There's no torque spec in the install guide but I used a 0.6Nm torque screwdriver which I thought was pretty standard among watercooling acrylic parts, why did it crack so easily?? Not sure what to do, the cracks seem to be spreading.

Dear Khan,

Sorry to hear that.
Since different material has different torque,
We could not fix the torque, it depends on the material itself.
And the acrylic material itself cracks easily,
So we have to turn the screws carefully.
0.6Nm torque is a little big, in normal we set it at 0.4Nm torque.
It is better to exchange the acrylic adaptor of the pump.
Would you send us the receipt and serial number for the TITAN One 2.0?
And the photo of the crack? We will check our stock and reply to you.
Also please give us your shipping address and photo number too, thank you.
