Yes, you can, but the temp of the GPU and CPU will be higher than expected.
We advise you to add one more radiator instead of replacing the pump.
Since your motherboard is MATX, so you can only add a 240 radiator on the side of the case. You don't need to change your motherboard.
We have sent you some photos. You can connect the 240 radiator to the distro plate and then to BP-TEKIT-3090MV.
By the way, BP-TEKIT-3090MV fits TITAN ONE 2.0, not TITAN MINI ONE 2.0.
But you can use the kit, and change the tubing or fitting according to your actual place.
