Does BP-TEKIT-3090MV include thermal pad set?

if it doesnot include thermal pad set can you help me to find out what thermal pad it need?

and where can i buy it from US?

Dear Jim,

The BP-TEKIT-3090MV has been pre-installed with the thermal pads.
You can peel off the films on the thermal pads before you install the water block on your GPU.
