BPTA-011D-mini-CPU-A2.0SW Is causing my CPU temp to hit well above 100 Degrees Celcius and then shut down.

Question

The system looks good and appears to be running efficiently with both water block-tubing and around the motherboard all cool to the touch.  MB temp is 26-28 degrees celcius.

Using a brand new Intel 13700 KF CPU on an Asrock  B760 1700 MATX MB.  Coolant used was EK-Cryofuel Clear premix.  Request any assistance to get the temp down so I do not have to drain system.

and serial number？And the photo of the whole system.
How long did you use this system and then the CPU have a problem?
Did the pump work normally?

And to avoid the compatibility between the coolant and water cooling system, we advise the customer to use distilled water or our coolant.
