if u can send me an improved backplate? because current temps is unacceptable,and the high temps always make my pc crash.. everytime it hits 80c plus it crashes.. as bitspower customer service please help me rectify this, surely the premium price on ur products comes with after sales customer service and product longevity,. because that high temp is a defect on ur part..

everyday my pc worsens..i have a lot of experience in watercooling,. and my loop is not the problem here.. maybe the design of the backplate?

i already fixed the high temp by remounting the block
