S1 pump in the O11

Ok, so one problem with pump control is out of the box :)

The noise is really loud - I will try to put the case in different positions to try to run the bubbles out if there are any. The sound is very loud (hereable even over the fans) I've had bubbles with D5 pumps before but never that loud. The pump and reservoir has a warranty sticker. Can i try do dismantle the pump/res and see if there are no hard acrylic crumbs  inside without voiding warranty? (ive flushed all components with destilled water before filling the loop) it seems a bit excesive to put warranty stickers on a product that should be dismantled and cleaned from time to time.

Hello Voo,

Would you like to send us the whole photo of your case? Mostly when the bubble is all out of the loop, the pump won't be noisy. The warranty sticker is avoiding the user to dismantled the product, to avoid any leaking happened. And all the products have been passed, so there are no any hard acrylic crumbs in the product.
