Seal/ring inside block is torn, leaking into innards of block

Question

The large seal that is inside the water block tore while I was cleaning it. It is now allowing liquid into the space between the two plates, and slowly leaking. Do you guys have a replacement for this, or a guide on how to replace/repair it?
