changing my titan 1.2 motherboard to a MSI MPG Z590 Carbon EK X HELP PLEASE!

Question

Need suggestion on what adapter fittings to go from the original distroplate to the new motherboard with hard tubes and no bends just fitting and adapters  Thank so very much for all and any help you can give and parts i need to purchase from you  Thanks again

Dear Doug,

Since the motherboard itself comes with the EK water block,
we could not confirm the items because we don't know the hole's distance.
But you can try the following estimated extenders which come with the TITAN One 1.2. Also, you may need the 90-angle fitting to change the direction of the inlet or outlet on the motherboard. 
If this does not help, please send us some photos with the distance,
