bitspower titan one 2.0 cpu too much noise on pump , please help!

Bought last week on microcenter , but now I have all installed on computer case and I would like to know if there is something I can do before I return the item. Thank you

If there are many bubbles inside the loop, there is much noise.
In this situation, please exhaust the bubbles as much as you can.
And then please fill the water as full as you can.
It helps to reduce the noise.
Also, the pump has a PWM function,
you can adjust the speed to make it slower too.
