BPTA-WDPO11DE-PWM pump power

I just received a BPTA-WDPO11DE-PWM and the pump has one pwm cable/connector.  Also supplied is a pwm-molex adapter cable.  The adapter cable is for filling the loop I assume.  Is the pwm header sufficient to power the pump?  If not, must I source a pwm cable with molex power input?
