do you have any resellers in russia !? or shipping plan !? cost and time wise ,

in case of a faulty product bought by shipping what's the procedure to handle that !?

Sorry that we do not have resellers in Russia. But we can ship to Russia by EMS.
Normally, it takes about 5-7 working days. The shipping cost depends on weight.
When you log in and add the product to the shopping cart, you will see the shipping cost.
If the fault is the problem of the product itself, we will cover the fee.
