So I just bought on of your distribution blocks ( BPTA-WDPO11DE-PWM ) Bitspower Touchaqua Sedna O11D for LIAN LI O11 DYNAMIC (PWM) and for the most part the build quality is awesome and what I expect from Bitspower. BUT... I found a small metal shaving inside when I took it out of the box and I'm not happy at all of the state of the D-RGB strip as the LED's are pointing all different directions and feel that Bitspower should have made it a stiff LED strip and or taped the strip to the inside of the channel so the LED's were pointing straight across the block as they should be.

Also I found a small piece of metal embedded in one of the o-rings. I tried to take photos of it but the camera is not capturing it too well, as its hard to see in the images but it definitely is cutting in to the o-ring and I can not trust that in a build that is over $8000.

And just to the side of that problem is another where it looks like the o-ring is not in fact a continuous piece, but more looks like two ends of an o-ring overlapping. Again problematic in trying to capture the seam you can see with the naked eye.
Since Ive opened the box I can not return it and I have a photo showing it has not been opened as the factory seal is intact and it hasn't even been installed yet.

Anyway my main question is can I please get a set of replacement o-rings RUSHED out to me under warranty? This was meant for a competition build and now I only have a few days left and I can not install it the way it is and risk a leak as it currently sits and definitely can't afford to buy another distribution block. Also do I still have a warranty if I open the distribution block?
Thanks in advance,
