Sorry for the late reply because of our Lunar New Year holiday.
Since it is a DIY distro plate, there is no limitation on the inlet or outlet except the CPU holes. From the installation guide, you can see the red arrows of the CPU inlet and outlet. The top hole is the inlet and the other one is the outlet.
